Richard Hammond's Jaguar restoration hasn't gone to plan

2020 was the year of the Jaguar for Richard Hammond, with the DriveTribe founder kicking off the restoration of two classic Jags - and XK120 and an XK150. The '150 is very nearly finished, but a mechanical gremlin has stopped this beauty from hitting the road.

  • Milk in 1st. Of course the milk goes in 1st! That way you bring the milk and the tea up to temp together. Milk in last will scald the milk as the 1st drops are over 90C. Milk scalds at 86C. Shame. you can test this with temp gun. Send Richard out the back to find and clean al the left handed screwdrivers and hammers.
