Mike took a trip down to the south coast of England to catch up with Jimmy Broadbent, a sim racing ISworldsr who has built an incredibly successful channel - from a shed at the bottom of his mum's garden. But it turns out Jimmy very much has his priorities straight, seeing as he owns a mint Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R. That's about as good as man maths can possibly get.

  • Honestly there is only one issue I can see with all of that... just that there is no garage for his cars.

  • Wow, that was the perfect wake up video to watch first thing in the morning. I’m so with you dude! I’ve been around dirt oval racing for 32 years and I’m finally leaning into my love of the sport to make the transition from spectator to driver. Long road ahead and a TON to learn but this video is motivating to know that it’s possible to use such a tool and learn what you can in the virtual world to hopefully get an opportunity to do what you love in real life. Bonus, you get to learn a few things before wrecking your own car in real life :S Thank you for the content and congrats on your continued success! ...To the track I go!!

  • Loved Nissan since the Playstation Gran Turismo games! Could not afford a Skyline R32 GTR.. But I could afford a Nissan 200SX S13 and I have to say I loved that car (had 2 of them). Easily 200 hp with few modifications and there where few cars that had that lovely turbo lag :-) most cars with smallish engines wanted the lag to go away and the did manage it with better turbos and engine management but I still loved it... Nothing happends pretty much and then it just says woosh. I would guess the R32 has some of that lag left (even though it has twin turbos :-).

Meanwhile I put down 400 miles a day, so at least I'm not missing the road. Cheers and thanks for the interview.
